The agreement between your business and MiiLead. Written plainly, on purpose.

The service
MiiLead advertises your business on Facebook and Instagram for you. Campaigns run through MiiLead-controlled advertising infrastructure, not an advertising account owned by you, so you do not need an advertising account or any marketing knowledge.
You connect or authorise the Facebook Page and any other assets we need for delivery, and you choose your location, advertising budget and campaign preferences. MiiLead creates, operates, safeguards and monitors the campaigns. They may run largely automatically once created, but remain subject to our oversight, optimisation and advertising-policy controls. You do not receive ownership of, or direct administrative access to, MiiLead’s advertising accounts or campaign controls — this protects the shared advertising infrastructure and prevents unauthorised or policy-violating changes.
Your subscription and the 5% management fee
The subscription is £49.95 per month, plus 5% of your advertising spend as a management fee. Both are billed monthly.
The management fee is calculated on what you actually spend on adverts in that billing period. If you spend nothing, the fee is nothing.
Your trial lasts 7 days. Your card is charged when it ends unless you cancel first.
Your advertising budget
Your advertising budget is separate from your subscription and is set entirely by you. It funds the adverts themselves, which MiiLead places through its advertising infrastructure.
MiiLead will never spend more than the budget you have set. You can change it or pause it whenever you like.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate business details, and make sure you are entitled to advertise the services you list.
Keep your Facebook Page in good standing and follow Meta’s advertising policies. Respond to the enquiries you receive.
Keep your login details to yourself.
Lead ownership
Every enquiry generated by your advertising belongs to your business. We do not resell it, share it with competing trades, or use it to advertise anyone else.
You are the data controller for your enquiries. MiiLead processes them on your behalf.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation disables renewal immediately, so no new subscription period is charged. Your current paid period stays recorded until its existing end date, and your advertising campaigns stop immediately on confirmed cancellation.
After cancellation you cannot add further advertising credit. Incurred and pending advertising spend and the applicable management fee are reconciled, and any remaining cleared balance becomes available through our withdrawal and refund process. If you cancel during the seven-day free trial, no subscription fee is charged, but advertising spend already incurred and its management fee remain payable. Your account and campaign data is read-only for 30 days and is then deleted or anonymised, apart from the minimum financial records we must keep by law.
Pausing your account
If you already subscribe, you can pause your account for £9.95 per month instead of cancelling. Pausing takes effect immediately and all of your advertising campaigns stop immediately.
While paused, no percentage management fee applies because your advertising spend is zero. Your account, campaign setup, leads and historical data stay intact and accessible, and any cleared advertising credit remains allocated to you and can be withdrawn.
Resuming requires valid payment details, sufficient advertising credit and your explicit confirmation. Campaigns restart only once the resume is confirmed and the restart has been verified. If you cancel while paused, the standard cancellation, reconciliation, 30-day read-only and deletion rules apply.
Account deletion
After cancellation your account is read-only for 30 days. At the end of that period we delete the whole operational account: campaigns, leads, creatives, connected-platform data, your profile and your ordinary customer-facing billing history. Customer-facing access is removed at that point.
We keep only the minimum invoice, payment and tax records we are required to keep by law, for as long as legally required, in a separate access-restricted accounting archive. Those records are not used for marketing, profiling, running campaigns or restoring your account.
When deletion completes we email you to confirm what was deleted and to explain that limited financial records remain for the legally required period.
Liability
MiiLead helps you advertise. We cannot guarantee a particular number of enquiries, a particular cost per enquiry, or that you will win any specific job.
We are not liable for losses caused by Meta changing its policies, rejecting an advert, or suspending an account.
Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will email you at least 30 days beforehand. If you are not happy with the change you can cancel before it takes effect.
