Who and what this covers
This policy applies to your business descriptions, claims, images, videos, logos, audio, targeting requests, enquiry forms and destination pages. It forms part of MiiLead's Terms of Service.
We support lawful businesses whose proposed advertising is permitted by Meta's applicable policies and can be delivered through the features available in MiiLead. A trade appearing in our signup list is not a guarantee that every advert for that trade is permitted.
Accurate and lawful advertising
Describe your business, prices, availability and results accurately. Keep evidence for claims, qualifications, licences, testimonials and comparisons. Do not use fabricated reviews, misleading discounts, false endorsements or promises of guaranteed outcomes.
Follow UK advertising and consumer-protection requirements relevant to your business, including any rules for regulated products and professions. Include necessary conditions or warnings. You are responsible for having the authorisations required for the services you promote.
Rights and privacy
Only upload material you own or are authorised to use in advertising. Obtain appropriate permission for identifiable people, customer testimonials, music, trademarks and other protected material.
Do not submit stolen data, passwords, payment-card details or sensitive customer information. Collect only information genuinely needed for an enquiry, provide an appropriate privacy notice and use leads lawfully. An enquiry is not automatic consent to unrelated marketing.
Give particular care to health, financial and other sensitive information. Do not request special-category or criminal-offence data through MiiLead enquiry forms unless a lawful, specifically agreed arrangement is in place.
Material we do not accept
Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, hateful, threatening or exploitative content, sexual exploitation material, malware or instructions intended to compromise systems. Do not impersonate another person or business or evade an advertising restriction.
Advertising must comply with Meta's Advertising Standards, applicable Community Standards and rules for the advertised product, audience and destination. Restricted sectors may require authorisation, disclosures, age limits or special-category settings. If required controls are unavailable, the advert cannot run through MiiLead.
Do not ask us to conceal the true product, circumvent review, target unlawfully or make unsupported claims about an individual's personal circumstances.
AI-assisted material
AI suggestions can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Check facts, permissions and claims before approving or submitting material. The same rules apply whether content is written by you, suggested by AI or prepared with our assistance.
MiiLead may edit or request changes to material for delivery, accuracy or policy compliance. We will not treat an AI suggestion as proof that a claim is true.
Review, restrictions and complaints
We may decline, pause or remove material where reasonably necessary to comply with law, platform rules or this policy, or to protect others and the service. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to account restrictions under the Terms of Service. We will explain the reason where lawful and safe and offer a route to request review.
MiiLead checks cannot guarantee Meta approval or uninterrupted delivery. Meta makes its own decisions. Pausing or rejecting an advert does not itself cancel your subscription. Refunds follow the Terms of Service; this policy does not create an extra penalty or override legal rights.
For a review, rights complaint or suspected misuse, contact support@miilead.com with the relevant advert or account reference, the reason and supporting evidence. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
