Your licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access MiiLead's website and use our software for your business while your account is entitled to the relevant service. You may use it on devices you own or are authorised to use. We retain ownership of our software, branding and documentation; you retain your rights in content you supply.

An app downloaded from an app store is also subject to the software licence and usage rules applicable to that download. This agreement does not override mandatory store terms or statutory rights. For Apple downloads, Apple's standard software licence applies unless a valid custom licence is supplied through the App Store.

Permitted and prohibited use

Keep your credentials secure and tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not sell access, impersonate others, bypass access or payment controls, introduce malicious code, scrape other users' information, or interfere with the service.

Do not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer our software except where we expressly permit it or applicable law allows it. This restriction does not override rights under an applicable open-source licence.

Your adverts and uploaded material must comply with our Content Policy. You must have the permissions needed for any logos, images, videos, music and personal information you provide.

Updates and third-party services

We may provide updates to maintain security, compatibility and functionality. Some features need a supported device, browser, internet connection or current software version. We will explain material service changes under our Terms of Service.

Meta, payment services and app stores operate under their own applicable terms. Their availability and decisions can affect MiiLead features. You must comply with relevant third-party terms, including your network provider's terms. MiiLead remains responsible for its own obligations.

Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains account information, uploaded material, AI assistance, voice input and retention. This licence does not give blanket consent to marketing or permission to use your content for unrelated purposes.

Ending access

Your permission to use paid features depends on your subscription and the Terms of Service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach or a security risk, and explain the reason where lawful and safe to do so. Where a breach can reasonably be corrected, we will normally give you an opportunity to correct it.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel subscription renewal or delete your account. Cancellation, refunds and account deletion are separate processes described in the Terms of Service.

Support, responsibility and law

MiiLead handles questions, complaints and support for its service. Nothing in this licence excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Terms of Service explain service limitations, payment and dispute arrangements.

The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement, subject to any rights or jurisdiction rules that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@miilead.com first if there is a problem.
